Criss-cross sides up

Okay this is always a hit with the kiddos. My girl loves this hairdo. It is fun and stays for the next days hair as well. This takes about 15-20 minutes.

#1 Get your spray bottle, comb, and elastics. Section out a small square on the top front middle section of her head. Spray with water and comb until nice and smooth and you have good straight lines. (Tip- use the pointy end of a comb do get nice straight parts.) Put that hair into an elastic.#2 Square off 2 more sections doing the same thing on the left and then repeat on the right side. There should now be 5 squared of sections in the front row.#3 Next you are going to make a square starting on the section to the left of the middle and between the middle. You will separate the front ponytails into 2. Taking the right piece from the one on the left, and the left piece from the middle section- comb together with the square you already sectioned off. Add an elastic.#4 Continue doing this on the right. With the far left section- do not split. Just add the whole thing with the left piece from the section right next to it. You should now have a second row of 4 sections
#5 Continue doing the same thing so there should be 3 sections on the third row. You are now done with the criss-cross part of it. Spray with hairspray. Blow dry the rest of the hair.
#6 Straighten with straightening iron.#7 Voila.....one cute little piggie!
